If you contact us, we may also keep a record of that correspondence. During consultation or in the course of providing services to you, your information such as images, treatment results and details of visit may also be collected and recorded.

The information that we collect about you helps us assess your suitability for undergoing our services and to monitor your treatment progress throughout your engagement in our services. We will use reasonable endeavours to keep the information private and confidential. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the information stored in our database to any third parties. We may disclose the personal information, other information or data we collect from you in circumstances where we believe such disclosure is required under the law, to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities; or to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements; or to protect our rights, property or safety of the Company, our customers or others.

We may also use your information to send you promotional material, which you may find of interest. If you do not wish to receive further marketing and promotional materials and information from us, you may opt-out by sending us an email to info@thebustspecialist.com. Your request of withdrawal will take effect within 30 days from our received date.

Storage of Data

Any personal information that we collect about customers will be kept securely in our internal database to protect against unauthorised access to or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. Your customer cards will be kept in designated storage area at our outlets accessible only by our authorised employees.

Please rest assured that your personal information and data will only be kept for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected as mentioned above, unless you request us to cease to hold the same. Such request may render us unable to further provide our services, information and/or promotional materials for your benefit in the future.

You may at any time request access to, make amendments to and/or obtain a copy of your personal information and data which are stored in our record. To exercise your rights, please email our Data Protection Officer at info@thebustspecialist.com. We will endeavour to respond to your request(s) within 14 working days after receiving the same wherever possible, but we may charge you a reasonable fee for doing so. Upon receiving the aforesaid request(s) from you, we may request you to provide personal details in order to verify your identity.
